Colours & Finishes
Intro
Manufacturing in fibreglass has many advantages for our customers. Fibreglass is
very lightweight yet can be stronger than steel. It9s relatively easily moulded into
curves and complex shapes for a fraction of the price of other materials. It9s
inherently waterproof, very long lasting without deterioration, and for this and other
reasons is considered one of the most eco friendly building materials. The defining
quality for us is our unique ability to apply specialist finishes to the final product to
make it appear to be made from something quite different.
We have spent the past 35 years developing and refining finishes for our fibreglass
products and offer an unrivalled selection, not available from any other supplier or
manufacturer. Broadly speaking these finishes fall into two groups, Biophilic style
finishes and Colour paint finishes.
Biophilic Style Finishes
Biophilia (the innate human need to interact with animals, plants and the natural
world) is now recognised as a major contributor to mental and physical health in the
home and workplace. We feel happier when spaces are 8greened9 and biophilia is
now an integral part of modern interior design and commercial landscaping.
In response we have developed a range of finishes for our planters and furniture that
enhance more naturalistic planting schemes by appearing to be made from rustic
material.
